A delicious chocolaty cake - with zucchini. You wouldn't even know it was in there! This cake always goes down a treat at home or at work. Nice when still a tiny bit warm from the oven, or chilled from the fridge. Quite a bit of prep, but worth it! Go on, try it, I know you want to!
Cooking times may vary slightly from oven to oven. Test it with a skewer after 35 minutes, if it needs a few more minutes then put it back in for 5-10 minutes or so.
I made it my whole family saw me putting zucchini in turned their noses up but when it was out iced and eaten all had a change of mind now they want zucchini in everything thank you - 30 Sep 2013
I had to cook this cake for an hour and a half, and I'm still not sure it's done! It is very moist. It smells veery tasty, but I haven't let the family touch it yet. Mine was never too wet in the mixing, but I feel like I should have added all the flour anyway. - 02 Oct 2013
