Heat oil in a large wok over high heat. Add mince and cook 3-5 minutes until well browned. Add five spice and chilli powder.
Add onion, garlic and ginger. Stir. Add cabbage and 1/2 cup hot water. Stir. Add oyster sauce, tamari and sesame oil. Add peas, green onions, chillies and noodles. Stir, then add a splash more hot water if needed. Check seasoning and serve immediately.
