Get 1 1/2 cups of rice, add a teaspoon of Moroccan seasoning. Let that boil slowly throughout other processes.
Making the marinating sauce: Put 2/3 cup of soy sauce into a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of honey. Mix well. Add a few dashes of pepper, salt and paprika. Add chicken and marinate in the fridge for 45ish minutes.
Chop veggies into small pieces (1cm-1 inch).
Making the foodgasm sauce: Get 4 tablespoons of simmer sauce and add 1 1/2 cups of water, mix together. If it looks too liquid add more sauce. Add dashes of the herbs, Moroccan seasoning, chili powder. Crush 2 big garlic cloves in. Mix everything. Add cashews and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Add chicken to a non stick frypan with sunflower oil. Let the chicken cook through. Add veggies then foodgasm sauce. Let all the veggies take in the sauce. Cook the others for about 10-15 minutes.
Serve with the rice.
You should be able to find the simmer sauce in the Indian or curry section of the supermarket.
