Me and my boyfriend tend to make up food recipes as we go along. We made this masterpiece earlier. Don't even ask about the title xD

    • 1 teaspoon Moroccan seasoning
    • 2/3 cup soy sauce

    • dash black pepper
    • dash salt
    • dash paprika
    • two handfuls chicken breast, sliced
    • 7-8 snow peas
    • 1/2 an onion
    • 1/4 of a capsicum
    • 1 leek leaf
    • sunflower oil, for frying
    • Foodgasm sauce
    • 4 tablespoons Sharwoods Madras simmer sauce
    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • dash Italian herbs
    • dash dried parsley
    • dash dried basil
    • dash Moroccan seasoning
    • dash chilli powder
    • 2 large cloves garlic
    • cashews, as desired

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Extra time:45min marinating  ›  Ready in:1hour20min

    1. Get 1 1/2 cups of rice, add a teaspoon of Moroccan seasoning. Let that boil slowly throughout other processes.
    2. Making the marinating sauce: Put 2/3 cup of soy sauce into a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of honey. Mix well. Add a few dashes of pepper, salt and paprika. Add chicken and marinate in the fridge for 45ish minutes.
    3. Chop veggies into small pieces (1cm-1 inch).
    4. Making the foodgasm sauce: Get 4 tablespoons of simmer sauce and add 1 1/2 cups of water, mix together. If it looks too liquid add more sauce. Add dashes of the herbs, Moroccan seasoning, chili powder. Crush 2 big garlic cloves in. Mix everything. Add cashews and leave for 20-30 minutes.
    5. Add chicken to a non stick frypan with sunflower oil. Let the chicken cook through. Add veggies then foodgasm sauce. Let all the veggies take in the sauce. Cook the others for about 10-15 minutes.
    6. Serve with the rice.

    Tip

You should be able to find the simmer sauce in the Indian or curry section of the supermarket.
