Smoked Salmon Bites

    These elegant little canapes are ready in only a few minutes. Rye bread is a good complement to smoked salmon.

    Makes: 24 canapes

    • 6 slices rye bread
    • 100g smoked salmon, sliced
    • 1 tub cream cheese
    • 24 capers

    1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C. Lightly spray a baking tray with cooking oil.
    2. Cut each slice of rye bread into quarters and arrange on the baking tray. Lightly spray with with cooking oil. Bake until crisp, about 12 minutes.
    3. Top each square with a dab of cream cheese, a slice of smoked salmon, and a caper. Serve!
