Whipped Guacamole

I love a creamy style guacamole so I created this recipe version with the help of my blender, it is super smooth, rich and creamy.

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 2 medium ripe mashed avocados
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (125ml) cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 pinch of chilli powder or cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper, to taste

- Add the avocado, garlic and lemon juice to a blender and process until smooth. Remove what you can to a bowl.
- Add the cream amd spices to the blender and pulse until the cream has thickened.
- Combine the avocado mix and cream mix stirring until well combined.
