Brown and crumble ground beef. Drain excess fat. Add in taco seasoning and water (following directions on back of seasoning packet).
Turn off heat and add cheese spread, stir thoroughly. (It looks a bit gross but tastes nice.)
Spray 8 inch springform tin with cooking spray, layer - tortilla, mince, shredded cheese in that order until there is no mince left.
Bake for about 15-20 mins until cheese is browned and edges are slightly crispy.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serve with salad and maybe a bit of salsa if desired. If you would like a bit of extra spice, add a touch of chilli powder to the mince along with the seasoning.
