Add meat, fry until all liquid is absorbed. Be sure to break it up to fine granules while frying. Add tomato soup, tomato paste, chilli and sugar. Can also add a little hot water to soup can to get all of the soup out and add this to the mix.
Reduce heat and simmer while you are cooking spaghetti (as per the packet instructions).
A good way to sneak some veg in for fussy eaters is to grate some carrot and zucchini and add to the first step.
