I oven bake them as it holds together. I was throwing a dinner and drinks so making spaghetti and meatballs. I made up my own meatballs from my pantry pretty much and they were a hit!, everybody skipped the pasta and just ate the meat balls!. No gluten and no milk products. If you do make it feel free to add a photo!
Use gluten free flour if you like a more solid meatball. I find it better without the flour. Great tip if you have extra time, put mixture in strainer in fridge for a hour or to let unwanted juices go :)
