Easy Meatballs Gluten Free Lactose Free

    I oven bake them as it holds together. I was throwing a dinner and drinks so making spaghetti and meatballs. I made up my own meatballs from my pantry pretty much and they were a hit!, everybody skipped the pasta and just ate the meat balls!. No gluten and no milk products.     Serves: 4 

    • 400g beef mince
    • 2 grated raw potato
    • 1 grated onion, raw
    • 1 diced onion, cooked
    • 2 teaspoons mixed herbs
    • 1-2 tablespoons minced garlic
    • lemon rind (optional)
    • 1/4 cup gluten free flour (optional)
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder

    Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 F) and line a tray with greaseproof paper.
    2. Mix above ingredients together with wooden spoon or get in with your hands. Round out into balls of desired size and place on baking tray.
    3. Cook for about 15-30mins, just keep checking until all looks brown and cooked.
    4. Enjoy your meatballs!


    Use gluten free flour if you like a more solid meatball. I find it better without the flour. Great tip if you have extra time, put mixture in strainer in fridge for a hour or to let unwanted juices go :)
