An amazing mouth watering dish with plenty of flavor. MUST TRY!!

Serves: 2 

  • 1 slice of bread, no crust, cut into squares
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, roughly chopped
  • 4 pecan nuts, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 2 boneless chicken thighs

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Ready in:1hour10min 

  1. Place bread, parsley and pecan nuts into a food processor and process until moist and has a sand like consistency.
  2. Trim excess fat off chicken.
  3. Place stuffing in the chicken.
  4. Wrap with prosciutto. Secure using toothpicks or string.
  5. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C.
  6. Roast in a ovenproof dish with oil for approx 45-60 mins.
  7. Remove toothpicks and serve.
