Mango and Berry Lassi

    This is a lovely Indian lassi featuring mango, banana and raspberries and a touch of cardamom. Very lovely and refreshing.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 large ripe mango
    • 1 banana
    • 1 punnet raspberries
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • 2 cups (500g) plain yoghurt
    • 1/2 cup (125ml) cold water
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
    • 1 cup ice cubes

    1. Peel the mango, remove the stone and chop. Slice the banana. Combine all the ingredients except the ice in a blender and blend for 2 minutes until fluffy and thick. Taste for honey. Add the ice cubes and blend for one more minute.
