    This is a popular and simple dinner that I first remember being served by my grandparents, I don't know where 'Wakefield' comes from but I'm sure it would be a good story?

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 400g round steak
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 1 teaspoon mustard
    • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
    • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 teaspoons vinegar
    • 1 teaspoons sugar
    • 1 pinch pepper
    • 3/4 cup water
    • 2 teaspoons diced parsley

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1hour30min  ›  Ready in:1hour40min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Cut the meat into neat cubes. Mix the flour and mustard into a paste then roll the meat through it.
    3. Place the meat in a casserole dish. In a small bowl combine all the remaining ingredients, then tip over the casserole meat and bake for 90 minutes.
