This is a cool old-school recipe with a selection of seafood served in a cocktail glass with a homemade sauce that includes cream, sauce and lemon.
2 cups cooked seafood, prawns, salmon and similar
2 tablespoons lemon
1 pinch pepper
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 thin slices lemon

- Combine gently the seafood, lemon juice and pepper then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Mix the tomato sauce, cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice until well combined.
- Serve the seafood into chilled cocktail glasses, add the seafood sauce and garnish with the lemon slices.
