Seafood Cocktail

    This is a cool old-school recipe with a selection of seafood served in a cocktail glass with a homemade sauce that includes cream, sauce and lemon.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 cups cooked seafood, prawns, salmon and similar
    • 2 tablespoons lemon
    • 1 pinch pepper
    • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
    • 1/4 cup cream
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 4 thin slices lemon

    1. Combine gently the seafood, lemon juice and pepper then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
    2. Mix the tomato sauce, cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice until well combined.
    3. Serve the seafood into chilled cocktail glasses, add the seafood sauce and garnish with the lemon slices.
