Chunky Avocado Dip

    Light refreshing and delicious snack. Great on a hot day by the pool.

    Serves: 4 

    • 8 avocados
    • 1 lime
    • salt
    • pepper
    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)

    1. Mash 5 of the avocados into a bowl. Cut the remaining 3 avocados in half and (while in skin) into approx. 1 cm squares. Scoop out with a spoon. Stir through the mashed avocado.
    2. Squeeze juice of one lime and mix through avocado mixture.
    3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    4. If you like a creamier taste add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.


    Serve as a dip with plain corn chips or serve with nachos.
