Surprisingly tasty, this three ingredient (cream cheese, sundried tomato and balsamic vinegar) appetiser is always popular and my friends often ask for the recipe.

Serves: 6 

  • 1 block light Philly cream cheese
  • generous amount of sundried tomato strips (about 150g), drained
  • generous lashing of balsamic vinegar

Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Place block of Philly cheese in a dish then cover with the sundried tomatoes.
  2. Pour the vinegar over then serve with biscuits or bagel crisps.
