    Serves: 2 

    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
    • 300g frozen edamame (soybeans) in the pod

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Set aside.
    2. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add edamame. Boil for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain well and rinse under cold water.
    3. Serve in the pod with the sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
