2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
300g frozen edamame (soybeans) in the pod
- Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar and ginger. Set aside.
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add edamame. Boil for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain well and rinse under cold water.
- Serve in the pod with the sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
