BBQ Pork Burger

    Pork chops are simmered in water until tender enough to pull apart with two forks, smothered in your favourite barbecue sauce then served on a hamburger bun.

    • 4 pork chops
    • 1 cup barbecue sauce, to taste
    • 2 cups coleslaw
    • 8 hamburger buns, toasted

    1. Add chops to large saucepan of water. Bring to a boil then allow to simmer for 1-2 hours, until the chops are tender, checking occasionally that the water level does not get too low.
    2. Drain water then shred the pork apart with 2 forks. Stir in enough barbecue sauce to make it moist, tasting as you go.
    3. Serve the pulled pork on the buns and top with coleslaw.
