Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 2 handfuls salad greens
- 1 handful mint
- 1 handful basil
- 1 handful parsley
- balsamic dressing, to serve

- Wash the various green salad greens and herbs. Remove any imperfections, stringy bit or stalks to your preference. Spin all to remove any excess water.
- Serve with a balsamic dressing or other dressing of your preference.
