    An awesome cheese cake, that looks and tastes great.

    Makes: 1 cheesecake

    • Base
    • 1 packet plain biscuits (crushed)
    • 1 cup butter (melted)
    • 4 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • Topping
    • 500g cream cheese
    • 250ml cream
    • 1 cup icing sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Preparation:20min  ›  Extra time:2hours chilling  ›  Ready in:2hours20min 

    1. Mix the base ingredients together and press into a 20cm tin, put in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
    2. Beat the cream cheese till smooth, gradually add the remaining ingredients.
    3. Pour into base and refrigerate. Can be made up to 24 hours ahead.
