    This is a delicious breakfast smoothie! It combines pineapple, banana, yoghurt, strawberries and wheatgerm for fibre.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 cups (500ml) pineapple juice
    • 2 bananas
    • 2 cups (500g) vanilla yoghurt
    • 1 cups (150g) strawberries, hulled
    • 4 tablespoons wheatgerm
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

    1. In a blender combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
