Baby Bok Choy in Oyster Sauce

    This is a simple but popular side dish in my family. We love the sweetness of the Bok Choy and how quick it is to prepare.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 cup chicken stock
    • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
    • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
    • 3 kg bok choy

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. In a saucepan bring the chicken stock, oyster sauce and sesame oil to the boil.
    2. Add the bok choy and stir while cooking until is starts to wilt; about 3 minutes. Serve.
