This is a simple marinade recipe I like to use on my steaks, pretty simple but very tasty. Great for the BBQ or in the house on a cast iron griddle pan.
Combine the steaks, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard then cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for 3 hours.
Heat a grill plate on the BBQ or cast grill pan on the stove then cook the steak until there are frill marks on both sides, cooking to preferred doneness. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.
