    This breakfast fruit compote has a very Middle Eastern flavour provided by rosewater and orange blossom water.

    Serves: 10 

    • 500g dried apricots
    • 250g dried prunes
    • 120g raisins
    • 120g blanched almonds
    • 60g pine nuts
    • 1 tablespoon rosewater
    • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water

    Preparation:5min  ›  Extra time:2days soaking  ›  Ready in:2days5min 

    1. Place fruit and nuts in a bowl and sprinkle over the rosewater and orange blossom water. Leave to soak for 48 hours until the fruit becomes plump. Serve with plain yoghurt.
