Crackled Chocolate Cookies

    Serves: 12 

    • 200g dark chocolate
    • 10g butter
    • 180g plain flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 160g brown sugar

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave until just melted. In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
    3. In another bowl whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add the sifted flour and melted chocolate then stir to combine.
    4. Make balls of dough then place them on a tray covered with baking paper about 5cm apart.
    5. Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
