I was really impressed with this cake and had to get the recipe, I like that by using raw beetroot you get the bright red colours speckled through it rather than the whole cake turning red.
Love the easy recipe and the photo but I thought it was a wet batter. Sure enough, it was a REALLY wet cake. Will persevere with this one 😕
