This is a great fish dish that can be prepared ahead of time then cooked when required for a quick and easy dinner or lunch.
1 fillet barramundi
50ml white wine
25ml sweet chilli sauce
- Make a pouch out of foil big enough to hold the piece of fish you have picked.
- Add the barramundi, wine and chilli sauce to the foil pouch. Seal the pouch having removed all the air.
- Cook in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve in the foil or tip the fish and juices onto a plate to serve.
