Chilli Barramundi

    This is a great fish dish that can be prepared ahead of time then cooked when required for a quick and easy dinner or lunch.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 fillet barramundi
    • 50ml white wine
    • 25ml sweet chilli sauce

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Make a pouch out of foil big enough to hold the piece of fish you have picked.
    2. Add the barramundi, wine and chilli sauce to the foil pouch. Seal the pouch having removed all the air.
    3. Cook in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve in the foil or tip the fish and juices onto a plate to serve.
