This is a great side dish that mixes the traditional combination of mint and peas with yoghurt to add some extra zing and protein.

Serves: 4 

  • 3 cups frozen peas
  • 2 handfuls mint, sliced
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Cook the peas and one handful of mint until starting to soften. Let cool slightly.
  2. Carefully combine the cooked peas, fresh mint and yoghurt, serve immediately warm or chill for a salad style side.
