    Tired of buying premade garlic bread I have started to make my own which I think tastes much better.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 French stick loaf
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic (fresh or from a jar)

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Cut the bread into 2cm thick slices and place under the grill to toast one side.
    2. In a small bowl combine well the butter and garlic. Spread onto the uncooked side of the bread and return to the grill to toast. Serve hot.
