    This is my nana's recipe, and the pineapple is optional. This recipe is rich with onion and cheese. It has an egg mixed in to thicken it up. Enjoy.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 cups grated cheese
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1 onion, diced
    • pineapple, or to taste

    Directions
    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. In a frying pan over low heat, combine cheese, milk, egg and onion. Mix well and continue to stir over low or medium low heat, until cheese has melted and sauce begins to thicken. Serve on toast topped with pineapple.
