A sinfully delicious passionfruit tart on a shortcrust pastry with a hint of coconut. Wonderful dessert, you really can't go wrong with this one.
1 sheet prepared shortcrust pastry
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line a pie dish with shortcrust pastry.
- Beat together egg and sugar. Beat in milk, coconut and pulp from passionfruit. Pour into prepared pie dish. Cover the edges with tinfoil.
- Bake in preheated oven until centre almost is set, about 30 minutes. Remove tinfoil and bake 10 minutes more.
