    A sinfully delicious passionfruit tart on a shortcrust pastry with a hint of coconut. Wonderful dessert, you really can't go wrong with this one.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 sheet prepared shortcrust pastry
    • 1 egg
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
    • 2 passionfruit

    Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:1hour 

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line a pie dish with shortcrust pastry.
    2. Beat together egg and sugar. Beat in milk, coconut and pulp from passionfruit. Pour into prepared pie dish. Cover the edges with tinfoil.
    3. Bake in preheated oven until centre almost is set, about 30 minutes. Remove tinfoil and bake 10 minutes more.
