BBQ Paua

    A quick and easy dish. Fresh paua rubbed in butter then barbecued to perfection and enjoyed. Goes great with a side of fried bread.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 4 paua, shelled and tenderised
    • 60g butter, melted
    • salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Brush the paua with melted butter then season with salt and pepper. Cook over the hot barbecue until cooked through, turning once.
