Cornflakes, coconut, raisins and cocoa baked into a crisp bar then iced with prepared chocolate icing, topped with desiccated coconut then cut into bars.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a slab tin with baking paper.
Combine corn flakes, coconut, flour, sugar, raisins, cocoa and vanilla into a bowl. Work in the melted butter and mix well. Press into the prepared tin.
Bake for about 15 minutes then allow to cool. Ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with coconut or chopped nuts. When icing is set, cut into fingers.
