Burger with the Lot

    As far as I am concerned these can only be made on the BBQ as there is far too much stuff frying to fit it all in frypans, so next time you have the BBQ going make a burger with the lot!

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 burger patties
    • 4 eggs
    • 4 strips of bacon
    • 4 hamburger rolls, halved
    • mayonnaise, as required
    • 1 tomato sliced
    • 1 large handful shredded lettuce
    • tomato sauce, as required

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. On a BBQ hotplate at medium temperature cook the burger patty until the first side is cooked then turn and add the bacon, eggs and bread rolls to the hotplate.
    2. Take off the rolls when toasted. To the bottom half add mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. To the top half add tomato sauce.
    3. When cooked, add the burger patty, egg and bacon to the bottom half of the roll, put on the top and enjoy.
