Quick Mix Coffee Cake

    A simple coffee cake recipe for those last minute get togethers. Just mix together and bake, it's easier than using a box. Tastes great with a cuppa.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 eggs
    • 100g butter, softened
    • 1 cup (130g) self raising flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon coffee
    • 3/4 cup (170g) sugar
    • 1/2 cup (125ml) milk

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a cake tin.
    2. Combine all ingredients and beat for 3 minutes. Pour into cake tin.
    3. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean.
