Vegie Wraps

    Make great lunches for kids at school.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 packet wraps
    • lettuce
    • dip, e.g. hummus or feta and spinach or other
    • cooked vegie sausage
    • cucumber, sliced

    Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Take 1 wrap and spread dip down the centre.
    2. Place lettuce on top of dip.
    3. Place sliced cucumber on lettuce.
    4. Cut cooked vegie sausage in half and place on cucumber.
    5. Roll up wrap.
    6. Wrap in plastic.


    You can alter ingredients for what is available, e.g. we often add left over nachos or pasta to our wraps

    Great for school lunches - this is only one variety I have made. Just use your imagination to create heaps of different varieties. I often put left over pasta in them, change the dip for variety. The kids love them.  -  25 Jan 2013
