Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a 18x28cm cake tin.
Stir all dry ingredients, using 1/2 of all spices. Set aside the remaining spices ( we will use these in the topping). Beat eggs, yoghurt, honey and melted butter together. Stir in the dry ingredients then place in the prepared baking dish.
Melt butter in frying pan, add chopped sunflower seeds. Heat until toasty and brown then remove. Stir in honey and spices. Spread over the mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
