In a greased gill-proof dish, spread in the tomatoes. Sprinkle on the basil leaves and the breadcrumbs. Pour over the Parmesan cheese, sprinkle on the pepper, then drizzle on the olive oil. Set under the ovens griller then grill until it begins to crisp, about 5 minutes.
Remove from oven then top with salami then mozzarella. In food processor, combine basil, parsley and olive oil. Process then drizzle over the top to serve.
