    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 cups TVP (textured vegetable protein) and water
    • 1 cup peas
    • large jar of Napolitano pasta sauce, to soak TVP
    • 1 carrot, chopped
    • puff pastry sheets

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Mix all ingredients after soaking TVP.
    2. Place mixture on thawed pastry and join ends.
    3. Put on greased oven tray.
    4. Brush pastry with either milk or egg to brown.
    5. Cook in oven on 180 degrees.
