Peanut Butter Cookies with Sultanas

    45 minutes

Not a plain old peanut butter cookie, this biscuit has a hint of orange rind and a handful of sultanas. They are quick and easy to make and kids enjoy them.

These are yummy. We used choc chips rather than sultanas due to a fussy eater, worked really well. 25min is too long, cooked for 10-15 min each tray full.  -  17 Mar 2013
