A family favourite, passed round friends and family.
2 tablespoons each of butter and flour
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 cups milk
2 cups chicken stock
1 (185g) tin tuna flakes, drained
1 (410g) tin corn kernels, drained
- Cook flour, butter, and curry powder on low heat for 5 mins (do not burn), stirring all the time.
- Add milk and chicken stock, continue to stir until just beginning to boil, then add tuna and corn. Reheat and serve.
