    A family favourite, passed round friends and family.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 tablespoons each of butter and flour
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 cups chicken stock
    • 1 (185g) tin tuna flakes, drained
    • 1 (410g) tin corn kernels, drained

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Cook flour, butter, and curry powder on low heat for 5 mins (do not burn), stirring all the time.
    2. Add milk and chicken stock, continue to stir until just beginning to boil, then add tuna and corn. Reheat and serve.
