Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Line a pie dish with pastry, then bake for 10-15 minutes.
In a bowl whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper. Remove pie dish from oven then turn oven to 200 degrees C. Lay in the bacon and swiss cheese. Pour in only 1/2 of the egg mixture then bake for 10 minutes.
Pour in remainder of the egg mixture then bake an additional 15 minutes.
