Combine topside, bacon and breadcrumbs. Beat egg and combine with tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix egg mixture into the bacon and topside mixture.
Roll into a log then flour lightly on the outside. Wrap in several pieces of greaseproof paper.
Bring a large saucepan to a rapid boil, add the wrapped topside, then boil for 2 1/2 hours (or pressure cook for 30 minutes). Remove from water then allow to cool until cold. Roll in baked breadcrumbs.
