Using your blender, combine all ingredients. Allow to sit for 1 hour to break up the cellulose in the flour.
Melt a little ghee in a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour in enough of your batter to make a pancake. Allow to cook until the edges begin to bubble and dry out. Flip with a large spatula and then cook until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining mixture. Serve with fresh fruit, like sliced bananas and golden syrup, or just enjoy with butter.
