Boysenberry Ambrosia

    This classic kiwi picnic dessert is so simple and yet so delicious. Using a bit of yoghurt, some cream, boysenberries and a packet of marshmallows, of course.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 300ml cream
    • 300ml berry yoghurt
    • 2 cups boysenberries
    • 180g marshmallows

    1. Whip the cream then stir in the yoghurt. Fold in the boysenberries and the marshmallows. Keep covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
