Pear and Brie Bruschetta

A quick and easy party snack with brie cheese and pears. The pears add sweet and the brie adds salty, for a flavour combination to enjoy. Try it with other fruit too.

Serves: 8 

  • 1 french bread baguette, sliced 1-2cm thick
  • 2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
  • 90g brie cheese, thinly sliced

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Place sliced baguette on a baking sheet and cook for about 6 minutes per side, until the bread is crisp and toasted.
  2. Remove from oven and top each slice with a slice of brie. Place back in the oven until melted, about 3 minutes, then top each piece with a few slices of pear.
