A quick and easy cheese ball with garlic, onion, cream cheese and Parmesan. Seasoned with Worcester sauce to taste. Serve with your favourite crackers.

Serves: 8 

  • 250g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • Worcester sauce, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs

Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:30min chilling  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Mix cream cheese, garlic, onion, Worcester sauce and Parmesan together well. Roll into a ball.
  2. Roll in bread crumbs then let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  3. Serve with crackers.
