Baby Brussels Sprouts in Butter

    It seems so simple but I often forget to enjoy the classics, so here is a friendly reminder that simple Brussels sprouts in butter are still delicious.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 cups baby Brussels sprouts
    • 90g butter
    • salt, to taste

    1. Boil Brussels sprouts in a saucepan of lightly salted water until just soft, about 15 minutes.
    2. Drain off water then add butter and stir until melted.
    3. Season with salt to serve.
