This tasty corned beef hash is the best, by far. Chock a block full of capsicum, onion, corned beef and potatoes. You can use leftover corned beef or the tinned stuff.
Place the grated potatoes in colander and rinse well until the water runs clean. Drain then squeeze out any excess water.
In a bowl combine potatoes, capsicums, onion, garlic, corned beef and egg.
Heat oil in a large frying pan (I prefer to use a large electric frypan) then add the hash. Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides, turning occasionally.
