    An awesome tasting recipe. that you came dress up or down depending on the invent.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tin condensed milk
    • 250g melted butter
    • 1 1/2 cups coconut
    • 500g crushed malt biscuits
    • 1-2 tablespoons lemon rind
    • 2 cups icing sugar
    • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • hot water

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:2hours chilling  ›  Ready in:2hours10min 

    1. Mix the first five ingredients together and press into a tin 25 cm by 30 cm, then chill.
    2. Put together the icing, add hot water as needed, spread on the base then chill again.

    Tip

    Keep refrigerated

    if you take out the lemon rind and add cocoa in its place, it makes a awesome chocolate fudge. - 08 Dec 2012
