A very easy recipe, made in minutes and tastes really good. My grandchildren love it!
I had some sourdough bread to use up, so based my pudding recipe on this one. I omitted the butter, and instead of dried fruit used fresh figs and nectarine slices on top. Used maple syrup instead of honey or sugar. Was lovely! - 13 Feb 2016
